I got meme'd. Ewwww what is the slimy stuff on me...
Well it looks like I got meme'd. I was a bit confused as this was the first time seeing this. I get up around 2 am, I can't sleep, figure I would read some e-mail and Bam I get one from Jeff Belonger. I went to bed with the anticipation of writing this.
Jeff Belonger was so gracious to "slime" me and has given me so much patience as he waits for this ME ME. He has been lucky enough to get slimed 3 times as he writes I got slimed by that damn MEME again....... Part 3.
For future reference Jay & Francy Thompson wrote this : For those of you that don't know what a meme is: It's a thought stream carried from one person to another, or, to be more precise, a "unit of cultural information transferable from one mind to the other," so says Wikipedia. Basically, it's the blogging equivalent of a chain letter. The cool thing about blogging is that the meme can be tracked. Entire websites are devoted to doing just that.
So I guess here are five things about me. I hope you enjoy,
1. I grew up in Wisconsin and at the tender age of 18 went to the Navy. Wow!!! Did I have to grow up fast. I am glad I went in. I now have some of the best friends a guy could have. I also learned how to be a meterologist. woooo hoooo
2. My favorite football team is the Green Bay Packers. I have season tickets and will be going up for a game in Oct. Sorry Jeff Belonger the pack is going to win the first game this year.
College Football.......My favorite team is the University Wisconsin Madison Badgers.
3. I move 11 years ago to Texas on a whim. I had never been to Ausitn before and I just had to get away from the cold. Now I do love my family, but I can't pass up playing Golf on a 70 degree day in January. I have been here ever since.
4. I love my job as a Real Estate Agent. I love to help new home buyers get into a home. It feels like everytime they buy a home I buy a home. My clients are not only clients they become my friends too. It is such a great feeling when you give them the keys to their new home.
5. I love being active. Until recently I just worked and sat around a lot. Not a very healthy life style. Then, I decide to start working out. Well that turned into running a few times a week, swimming and playing a lot of tennis. Life is so much better now. I hope everyone can get out of the house. The nice things though is I haven't had a TV in 8 years so, staying inside is not an option.

You hire me as your agent, you take my registration form with you to Meritage Homes and present that to them. You find the home that you are interested and put down a deposit. They will then put me down on the contract as your Real Estate Agent.The home's price is $265,000 dollars.
- If you HIRE me you will get 5% back, that means you will receive $13,250 Dollars.

Why Should I use this program?
The question should be "Why wouldn't you use this program?" You are doing most of the work so I am paying you for that service. My fees are for my experience and consultation. This is a very easy program, so please call or e-mail me with any questions, big or small. I am here to work for you and I don't want you to be confused or feel lost.
How do I fill out the Form?
Please print you name and address on the form and fax or E-mail back to me. I will then call you and discuss the rest of the agreement. Once we come to an agreement I will fill out the rest of the form and E-mail or fax it back to you. You will then sign and fax back to me and keep a copy for yourself.
What do I do after the form is filled out?
The next step is to look for a new home. I can either go with you or you can present the Buyers agreement form to the new home builder and register my name on YOUR FIRST VISIT. This part is very important as you may not get the incentive if you go without registering with me first.
How do I qualify to get up to 5% back at closing?
The first step is to fill out the Buyers Agreement form and then proceed to your new area home builder. Then you register with the builder showing them the agreement and registering my name. The next step is to find the home of your dreams and get it under contract. I can help you with this process either over the phone or in person. Finally we will find out what the builder is paying in commission.
If the builder is paying 3 % you get back 2% CASH BACK
If the builder is paying 4 % you get back 3% CASH BACK
If the builder is paying 5% you get back 4% CASH BACK
If the builder is paying 6% or above you get back 5% CASH BACK
If the builder is paying less than 3% then you will receive 2/3 of what ever the builder is paying in commission.
Can I use the money for Closing Cost or just receive it back after closing?
You can receive the money at time of closing on the HUD statement towards your closing costs or you can have a check cut to you at closing. (In most cases). Sometimes depending on the lender you may have to wait 7-10 business days to get a check back.
What if I already have a Real Estate Agent?
If you have not signed an Buyer Agreement form with your agent you may still be eligible. If you already have an agent and contract signed then this site in not for you. This web site is not a solicitation to clients with an agent.

What do you find the most difficult thing to over come when working with an out of town buyer.
I was hoping to see what have been other agents concerns and what you did to alleviate them. Let me know some of your ideas and how you have made your clients happy. Maybe we can all learn something.
